If during pregnancy or birth, you experience the following complications, among others, we’ll pay out 20% of your total insured amount:
Spend more than 48 hours in the ICU.
Spend 24 hours in ICU and three or more consecutive days in a general hospital ward.
Miscarry due to amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling.
Experience fetal death after 28 weeks of pregnancy following accidental trauma.
Suffer clinically documented eclampsia.
If following the birth of your child, s/he experiences any of the following complications, among others, we’ll pay out 20% of your insured amount:
Spina bifida.
Congenital blindness in one or both eyes.
Congenital deafness confirmed by a specialist.
Congenital heart disease which has undergone surgical correction.
